Great job on the S.O.W. initiative! I think that this is a very applicable program that I can really see students benefiting from. I love that you took the initiative even further beyond the experience of being immersed in an internship but extended all the way through interview preparation and dressing for success. I can tell your group collaborated well. I think that having a conference call is a great idea to learn about each other quickly and something I will consider for future group experiences.
